You will find Faial and Azorean food and handicraft products in many places around the island (but mostly in the city of Horta).
Visit the Capelo Handicraft Center, on the way to the Capelinhos Volcano, where you can see and buy local handicraft products. Here you will find articles made with traditional materials such as tulle, fig tree kernels, old lace, fish scales, as well as objects made using more modern methods.
